I can’t say enough good things about Ryan Lam. I sent a message to PMZ on yelp, and within 10 minutes, Ryan called me, and we had a conversation. I let him know I was looking to sell my home in Manteca to move closer to work and buy if possible. Ryan assured me it all could be done, and he was so right. He took care of so much, from getting my home ready to sell to handling anything I needed help with. Ryan was sending me listings constantly and seemed to be working seven days a week. He was amazing and made what sounded impossible to me (selling and buying within two months) a reality with really no hiccups at all.
