In late 2018 I decided I was going to buy my first home. I was very nervous since my family is all across the country and I was doing everything on my own. I was referred to Ryan through a neighborhood Facebook group, as well as a friend. From the beginning, Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process, advocated for me and kept in communication with me so I always knew what to expect. Ryan went above and beyond the normal duties of a Realtor. He answered all of my questions whether it be about the process of buying a home, or where the main shutoff to the house was. We had a very quick timeline since I was trying to utilize the MSHDA grant and we got everything worked out! Even after the purchase of my home, he continued to advocate for me and help me navigate the ins and out of being a homeowner. Without hesitation I would recommend Ryan! After requesting information on a home, I get a text message at 10 o’clock at night just saying hello (not who he was, his company, or any mention of the property) and a Facebook friend request from him. Followed by a linkedin request. Way too personal and invasive. Incredibly unprofessional for not even speaking to him yet. I intended to use him as a realtor, but not anymore.

When we moved to metro Detroit in late November, we had no idea how challenging the rental market is when a budget, two dogs and a cat are involved! Luckily we called Adlhoch early on and got connected with Ryan Lally. He really went above and beyond to show us numerous rentals and acted as our liaison with listing agents to approach prospective landlords about our pets.
