If you want to buy a house, stop and call Ryan. Period. He's amazing. He helped us find the right house with a really tight budget in a massively overheated seller's market. And he did it by putting in a huge amount of work. We must have looked at three dozen houses. He's always available, always ready to help. He's extremely knowledgeable and resourceful.
