Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to help us sell our home on the East Side of Detroit. We had already moved out of the home and we were several states away. Ryan read the market well. He suggested we price a bit low and to try to create some excitement and get people trying to out bid each other. I was a little nervous to ask low but it worked out perfectly in the hot market we were in. Ryan is an experienced agent and he also had good ideas for how to navigate the various complications and negotiations that came up in our sale process.
