Ryan was great to work with. We both sold and bought properties with him, and at no point in either process did we feel pushed or rushed. As we were working with him, Ryan was regularly asking what we were thinking, and would only give advice if it was needed or requested. We were put in a tight spot where we made an offer on a house before ours was listed, and even with the pressure to sell in order that we could get the house we wanted, Ryan kept us reasonably optimistic and focused. Ryan was a wealth of knowledge, his communication was spot on, and it was an all-around great experience to work with him.

I have personally purchased and sold 2 properties without an agent because I didn’t think they were worth the money. After working with Ryan, the market knowledge and details that should be considered when listing/selling a property gave me a new appreciation for realtors. His recommendations helped me get the most out of my listing and I would definitely recommend him for buying or selling your home. He always made recommendations that ultimately favored my interests. He was also honest through out the whole process and sometimes that is hard to come by with a realtor.

It's been one week sense we have closed on our home and we finally have got everything moved in. My wife and I have continuously said we would not have been able to do this without Ryan! Once the home came onto the market we called Ryan (8:57 p.m) he had a showing scheduled within 5 minutes for the next day. We looked at the home and decided this was the one. We we're nervous we might not get the home considering people were walking out of the home before us and walking in after us. Ryan had already done his research and advised us on what would be a competitive offer without paying full asking price. He went the extra mile throughout the process calling us to make sure everything was going how WE wanted it to go also with helping us negotiate items that came back on the inspection! Overall if you are looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, energetic and willing to get the deal done for you look no further Ryan is the guy!

Ryan did a great job during our transaction! His expertise and knowledge helped guide us to a smooth purchase of our home. He always answered our calls and text messages, and did a great job during the negotiation periods.
