Ryan was amazing from start to finish. I'm 23 and I had no idea about anything . I was also finishing up a nursing degree so I had virtually no time. Ryan worked with my schedule, answered all of my ten thousand questions and most importantly she advocated for my needs and wants. There was a point where I got overwhelmed with other peoples opinions and my own insecurities and almost gave up . We saw so many houses that were out of my budget I thought I was getting in over my head . Ryan and Don Marlin met me at coffee grounds cafe and went over everything step by step. we crunched numbers and reviewed options. I felt educated, supported and heard. She told me to trust her and I did . Now im a 23 year old homeowner !
