I absolutely loved working with Ryan . She was amazing from start to finish . I was finishing my nursing degree when we came into contact . I had no money time or knowledge about buying a home . Ryan took the time to teach me about the process, show me where I was on the scale of getting a home and what I needed to do differently to be successful in buying a home . She worked with my crazy schedule, answered all of my many questions and gave me a good ole fashion pep talk when needed. Ryan was a godsend when selling our home. There were a number of obstacles our buyer faced that could have easily ended our sale and she dealt with it all so we didn’t have the to worry. Added bonus, she took our family pictures one last time on our front porch the night before closing!
She has excelled in every way manageable to make the home buying experience as comforting as possible. Moving from the west coast here, I didn't know good neighborhoods from bad when looking online, but she didn't want that quick sell. She kept telling us no on houses because of the neighborhood until we found one in better neighborhood.
Ryan was so helpful when we moved from out of state. She was always available and went over to do video walkthroughs of a few houses same day to help us find our home! So grateful for her and all her help
