Ryan was always there and very prompt as we searched for anew home. It was a tight market, but he was able to find many selections that matched our needs.
We felt very comfortable working with Ryan. He was informative and kept us in the loop, always talked to the right people right away, quickly jumped on properties we were interested in, and answered all of our questions (if he didn’t know the answer found out who did). Would definitely recommend him to others!
Ryan had great knowledge, and answered all of my questions. He worked around my schedule. He was even the go between guy with the realtor, building company, and my mortgage company. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Working with Ryan was the least stressful part of the home buying process.
Ryan was very engaged, professional, and not afraid to really add some value on curb appeal where I had a clear blind spot. Ryan is also a very handy and practical realtor, so he offers a deeper skillset than most when it comes to repairs and strategies for DIY fixer upper types like me. Was really a pleasure working with Ryan, as he genuinely cared about my goals, listened to what I had to offer, and dedicated the time and attention to keep him as my realtor going forward.
Ryan has 5 properties for sale and sold 19 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
