I have sold & bought 3 homes in my day. On the 3rd home Ryan Benjamin was my agent. After working with Ryan, I discovered he is by far the absolute Best! I was not an easy client at all. Ryan showed me homes from Isle MN to my final resting place in Hector MN. That alone is 141 miles that Ryan covered and more. I swear Ryan would have taken me to Japan if I asked. Working with Ryan as a first time home seller was a smooth experince. As an agent he does his best to ensure any questions you may have get awnsers wich did help me feel a lot more comfortable with the sale. He put in the effort to help get resources when things needed fixing or tune ups and gave me contact information of a local plumber, contractor etc services. He even helped walk me through the process for the water/ septic compliance tests and gave me solutions if anything needed to be fixed. One of my favorite things was his honestly as a realtor.
