Ryan is a 10 out of 10, no doubt. He was very patient with me looking at houses for many months and dealing with my picky taste. Everytime we met up to see a house Ryan showed enthusiasm and excitement as if it was his first time meeting me. He understood exactly what I wanted and focused his search accordingly. Extremely friendly, respectful, and fun to house hunt with. Ryan is very knowledgeable and most importantly honest and will always do what's best for his client. Ryan was the first realtor I had the pleasure to work with and will be the last. I really doubt I'll ever find anyone better, luckily I don't have to.
