Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I was surprised by how he was able to answer all of questions on the spot, everytime I asked one (and I asked a lot as a first time home buyer!), even when it concerned zoning, taxes, legal questions, or questions about buying an older home. I also liked that he asked us a lot of questions of his own, and in doing so, helped us to know our own thoughts about the houses we were viewing. He was very responsive everytime we contacted him about a house we were interested in. And when we were ready to make an offer on a house, he was great at using his knowledge of the market and the demand for certain kinds of houses to help us determine what kind of an offer to make and the ways we could make our offer stand out. And once we actually had an offer get accepted and started negotiations, he was able to offer his well-informed opinion about how to respond when we felt like the seller was being unreasonable about some things. He put in spol much time. I was worried we were dragging him to too many viewings, but he was always so happy to arrange everything for us, and always made us feel like we were a priority and our needs were important to him. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a home. His knowledge and love of Toledo and its surrounding communities was exactly what we wanted.
