Ryan Ahmann

Ryan is the most dedicated real estate professional I have ever worked with. He was my listing agent for my condo in Gulfport and my buyer's agent for the purchase of my home in Pinellas Park. Ryan began helping us look for a house three years ago. Since that time, he has assisted us in closing on two. Ryan scheduled the appointments as soon as I sent him my list, going the same date, if there was an opening. He was very patient, knowledgeable about the area and did not make us feel uncomfortable by trying to over sale, or have us look at communities or homes, that were out of the specific areas we desired. We liked that he was open minded, had vision and could see, even in some of the worst of homes, what was possible.

Ryan completely blew us away with his capacity to manage so many complexities at a time when the real estate market seemed to be exploding overnight. For our story- We were out of town buyers who came in to town once to look around physically, spent tons of time looking through the MLS listings, made notes back and forth with Ryan in his portal to which he was extremely responsive, and ultimately made a bunch of offers over multiple weeks. He persevered through several of our offers falling thru as there were lots of bidding wars, and was so communicative through the entire process each time. We were sooo happy when, thanks to him, we were super fast to get the right offer in at the right time- we finally closed on our perfect pool house happy home in St Pete! Never could have done it with out Ryan's commitment to excellence, patience, persistence and attention to detail - he helped us get all the inspections handled without a hitch, insurance lined up, electricians fixing stuff on site, escrow, all of it. He was giving us video walk thrus of properties that came on the market while we were away, and doing drive by inspections to see if some that we liked were aligned with what we were looking for. He absolutely understood the threshold we were in- wanting to buy something that was great, but still had room for some repairs so as to add an upside with a little TLC. He got it- made a huge difference for us, ultimately was why we chose to work with him- that and his midwest trustworthyness! We even hit some issues with our lenders- Ryan as an expert contracts guy, really got us through all the loops and slow downs and helped us close on time. We are infinitely grateful to him, and couldn't recommend him higher. If we were sellers, I would definitely go with Ryan because he watches the finances and contracts so closely, works with a great real estate atty to make sure everything is handled optimally.

We made the decision to buy the house of our dreams - only one problem, we had to sell our current home in Gulfport to do so. This is typically an impossibility in todays red-hot market, but not with Ryan at the helm! Within the week he had proper comps on the existing house, a killer offer for the new one and a photographer scheduled. That weekend the house went on the market. It sold in the first hour with a strong offer already coming across the table from a full-price offer. Not only did he communicate with the the buyer on our house, but also the seller of the new house. He was even able to secure two extra days in our existing house so we could move after all the contracts were signed. He's amazing and goes for beyond expectation even when he's dealing with both sides of the selling and buying experience.

Ryan was a big support in selling our home. We did three interviews to choose an agent and when Ryan walked out the door, we unanimously stated, "He's the one." Ryan understands the market, has resources to help when you need quality work completed, and has excellent communication skills. The most important quality is that he is trustworthy and will be honest with the seller and the buyer. Integrity is everything when making decisions about your biggest sale or purchase in your life. Real estate agents can make or break a sale so it's important finding one you can trust. Ryan was always upfront with me, open to any ideas I had, and never left me feeling anything was out of my control. He waited until I felt ready to sell and gave me useful advice for prepping the house. All the paperwork was taken care of correctly and in a timely fashion, and the sale went through within a few weeks of advertising, all at long distance. The whole process was quite painless.
