Property I listed for sale was a rental property. Keep in mind this was during COVID. Having to deal with difficult tenants is exhausting.( 3 day notice, not wanting people in their house because of covid, etc….) Ruth never relented. Got the property sold for much more than we thought possible. Ruth is an expert in her field as well as being a trustworthy person.
