Ruth went above and beyond to sell our vacant land in Perris, CA. It took nearly a year, but she never gave up—always staying in touch, giving great advice, and keeping us motivated. Honestly, the sale wouldn’t have happened without her dedication and creativity.

Property I listed for sale was a rental property. Keep in mind this was during COVID. Having to deal with difficult tenants is exhausting.( 3 day notice, not wanting people in their house because of covid, etc….) Ruth never relented. Got the property sold for much more than we thought possible. Ruth is an expert in her field as well as being a trustworthy person.
