Ruth helped my husband and I find a home in Temescal in Oakland. Throughout the process, we were incredibly impressed by her knowledge of the local market and bidding process, and general savvyness. Ruth gave us comfort that she was acting with our best interests at heart at all times, and was incredibly transparent and honest even when telling us things we didn’t necessarily want to hear. ;) I couldn’t recommend Ruth enough and would happily work with her again and refer her to others (in fact, I have already done so!).
