Ruth helped my husband and I find a home in Temescal in Oakland. Throughout the process, we were incredibly impressed by her knowledge of the local market and bidding process, and general savvyness. Ruth knows the market in and out, and gave me excellent advice. She listened and understood my situation clearly. She showed me loads of places; her own suggestions as well as whatever I was interested in. She responded quickly to questions via text and online. She was knowledgeable about pitfalls to avoid, thoroughly honest, when it came to actually making an offer, she guided me though the whole complicated process expertly, and without her knowhow, someone else undoubtedly would have ended up owning my place!
