Ruth really knows the Tampa area and the surrounding vicinity. She worked hard to figure out what we were looking for, brainstormed with us on what was most important to us and helped us find our new home- over the course of our limited search time frame of 2 days. A year later, she was instrumental in helping us fashion an offer for for a family member buying a home in the same community in which we live. Although the seller ended up with multiple offers, Ruth was instrumental in working with us and the sellers' agent in ensuring we had the successful bid. Ruth really dives into the nitty gritty- she wants to empower her clients to understand what they are doing and to do so in an informed way. For example, beyond a written description regarding our priorities in our home search, Ruth had several detailed conversations with us regarding what we wanted; such conversations helped us focus on what was most important to us, imperative to our finding our dream house. Ruth has impressively detailed knowledge of all the towns, cities and neighborhoods and helped us research any follow up items on which we had questions. She helped us navigate the sometimes emotional ups and downs of a negotiation and quickly answered all questions we had on the process and the documents. We couldn't recommend Ruth any more highly!
