We were in a bit of situation with needing a place and on a budget. We explained our situation to Rusty and he was very understanding with what we needed. He worked very hard in helping us find a needle in a hay stack. Not knowing much about buying a house and what we needed to do, Rusty went through everything and explained it to us and answered a lot of questions. We talked to other realtors and didn't have very good vibes with them as they seemed kinda pushy and were not too concerned about our situation. We feel very fortunate to have run across Rusty and we are very blessed that we did. He understood and listened to our situation and what we needed to do. We will always be greatful for what he did for us and helping us out. I would and always will recommend him and Carpenter Realtors to anyone. We would like to thank him again for his time. patience and what he helped us achieve. We now consider Rusty a very good friend and wish him the best in the future.
