We were in a bit of situation with needing a place and on a budget. We explained our situation to Rusty and he was very understanding with what we needed. He worked very hard in helping us find a needle in a hay stack. Not knowing much about buying a house and what we needed to do, Rusty went through everything and explained it to us and answered a lot of questions.
