Long distance purchases are always a challenge, however, we really appreciated the time and effort Russell put forth in showing us houses as well as always taking the time to let us explore as much as we needed, never making us feel rushed, even though we only had a few days to explore houses while here on vacation. Russell also answered most of our questions but, when he was unsure about something, he found the correct info. for us and always got back to us. He was very knowledgeable in many ways and offered advice that was beneficial. Russell gave us great references to knowledgeable people for any of the areas of future concerns/updates that we had for our house. We feel that being up front and forthright are 2 of the most important characteristics needed in a realtor that you want to buy a house from…and Russell fit that description.
