Russ has been our Realtor for 13 years now. He helped us buy and sell our first home, buy our second home, and is currently helping us sell our second home. He made sound recommendations for me when he evaluated the home I was selling. Due to circumstances with my particular situation, my home had a whole lot of interest to buyers, but no offers. Russ said I might want to take it off the market for 90 days, and then list it anew, but he never pressured me to do that. I didn’t want to, because I thought even over Thanksgiving and Christmas I might get an offer. It probably hurt his sales statistics, but he kindly stayed supportive of my decision. Sure enough, once my situation had changed, I got two offers right away! Russ and his assistant, Meagan, were always prompt in answering my emails and calls. My display box never ran out of the beautiful information flyers. Even though my home was not a luxury one, I was given the very best treatment—almost as though I was their only client.
