I cannot possibly express my gratitude to Russ for the help he provided in selling my parent's house. I was hoping to get the house sold relatively quickly as my Mother's house was failing. Russ made sure that even though we wanted to sell the house relatively quickly, he wouldn't have a "fire sale" to sell the house at a very low price with little effort required on his part and move onto the next sale. He worked with us to make sure we got a very good sale price for the house and sell it within the near future. He was prompt, professional, responsive, and could not have done a better job. I have dealt with many many realtors over the years and Russ is head and shoulders above any other agents. If you are considering hiring a realtor you cannot do any better than Russ.

Russ made us feel comfortable right away. So very patient and if we called with a question, he answered it and put me at ease. What an absolute wonderful guy. Worked super hard at getting closing complete while we were here. Love, love, love the man. Will not use anyone else.

What you call real professional, a10.5 on a 10 scale.i was out of town when house was listed, he went to houseand did video.i didn'tsee dishwasher, he said yes it did.that was good enough for me, but he went to house and took picture to show me.
