Beach Loop Realty Agents Ruby Berry and Michael Sterling provided excellent guidance during the sell of our house. Both Ruby & Michael thoroughly explained all documents and any issues that needed attention. Any document changes were completed in a very timely manner. Both Ruby and Michael were professional/polite as well as understanding during our conversations. All our phone calls/texts were returned in a very timely manner. We had to move out of state due to medical issues and they maintained constant vigilance of the house in our absence. Ruby provided us with a weekly activity report of the property. Michael provided excellent recommendations of local construction/painting specialists for any needed repairs. He further maintained vigilance and monitored our property in our absence.
