First time house buyer!

So this was mine and my wife’s first time buying a house. Very stressed starting out, but Rubí was there every step of the way! She explained every step as it was coming up, and when we hit bumps at no fault of her own she made sure to contact everyone to speed things along. She was like a personal manager, a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, and a down to earth friend, all in one! She was also the most hands on, knowledgeable realtor we worked during our journey.
