I’m not sure exactly how we found Ruben but we were looking to sell our 8 room home in Worcester and move with in a twenty minute radius of our grandchildren in Hanson. Driving and hour and a half to see them was a little to long. So after being in Worcester 60 plus years we took the plunge. We were very unfamiliar with the area and we ended up meeting Ruben at his Taunton office. At the time we weren’t ready to do anything but Ruben was supportive and didn’t pressure us at all! He was very friendly and didn’t have a salesman’s attitude! He offered to come to Worcester to put our house on the market! We felt bad asking him to travel that far. We met with an agent from Worcester but we weren’t happy at all with him! So we ended up having Ruben come up to look at our house. He had done his homework and had a price which we should list for, according to the comparison homes in the area. Explained all about how important it was to put the right asking price! We put it on the market on a Wednesday with an open house planned for the weekend! It sold 2 days after the open house for more than our list price! Now we were ready to purchase a new home! Ruben did a lot of work and never lost patience with us, since we really didn’t know what we’d like-condo,modular home or single family! We kept changing our mind and made his work a lot harder but he was always understanding! We ended up finding a perfect place and will be closing on that in a few weeks! He arranged everything for us! The inspection person, lawyer and contractors! He did such an excellent job we even referred him to our daughter and boyfriend to buy! They are extremely happy with him! Thank goodness we decided to go with him!

Ruben went above and beyond, he is very kind and honest . Always ready to answer our questions and concerns. The hole selling process went very smooth with his help. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you Ruben, for everything !!
