We cannot say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with Ruben. Our experience was phenomenal. Buying a house from across the country was so incredibly overwhelming. From our first phone call I felt like we had made the right choice though. We told Ruben when we would be in Florida in person and the areas where we were interested. He got to work making us a list of houses that would meet our list of wants in the places we were interested in, not just a generic "Orlando" list. We felt super excited to see all of the houses in person! And then everything changed. A house that we had fallen in love with through pictures dropped its prices. Of course we panic called Ruben! Within a day he had a showing set up so he could show us the house virtually. It felt completely crazy to even consider looking at a house this way. Ruben called us the night before and I felt so much better. I trusted that he would give us honest opinions good or bad. He took his time on the day. He even virtually walked us around the neighborhood! When he called us to find out how we felt about the house he also gave us a very measured opinion about the house and how to proceed. We saw the house for the first time during the inspection. It still feels crazy to say that. Buying a house over the internet! Through it all we felt supported. Whenever we had questions during the process and even afterwards Ruben was there to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruben and Forever Magic Realty to anyone thinking about relocating especially from out of state.

Ruben was extremely helpful during our transition from New Jersey to Central Florida. When we first met with Ruben, we were basically clueless about where we wanted to live in Florida. He helped us navigate the market and land a home that checked of all of our boxed. Ruben is easy to talk and explains things with confidence.
