The minute we met Ruben we appreciated that he was very open and honest with us. We told him we only wanted to rent at this time to make sure this area was a good fit for us. He listened to our needs! He showed us 2 units for lease that we liked. We decided to lease one but he insisted that we should see the one unit for sale anyway since we were here. We flew back home and called him that we decided not to lease now. He was not pushy at all. He said "do what's best for you". A little over a week later we called him and said we would like to purchase the unit he showed us! We fell in love with it. As I said, Ruben was so accommodating, honest and again, never pushy. We opened and closed escrow in 13 days without coming back to Florida. Ruben represented both sides of the transaction and he was completely fair and open with everything. He was very helpful in making this an easy move for us since we were from out of state. We will always use him in the future for ANY real estate transactions.
