The minute we met Ruben we appreciated that he was very open and honest with us. We told him we only wanted to rent at this time to make sure this area was a good fit for us. He listened to our needs! He showed us 2 units for lease that we liked. We decided to lease one but he insisted that we should see the one unit for sale anyway since we were here.
