RoyLynn is truly talented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is the first time my husband and I have sold a home. We didn't have a clue what the current trends are or what would make our house more appealable to a buyer. RoyLynn came in and gave us advice on little touches that we could do to make our home more appealable to a buyer, like fresh paint, taking out a huge medicine cabinet in a very small bathroom and replace it with a mirror, changing out the shower curtains etc. All of her suggestions made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. Just changing out the huge medicine cabinet really did make the bathroom look bigger and airy rather than closed off and dark.
