Roy did an outstanding job in every area of my house sale experience. He had strong marketing knowledge of the area where the house was located. He communicated with me quickly whenever I had a quetion or concern. i didn't have to wait for him to get back to me. He was thorough in setting up the sale including website information, pictures and descriptions of the house. I was impressed he met my personal schedule every time we needed to meet concerning the house. I would give him a 10 out of a 10!

Roy was one of the most informative an active agents I have ever worked with. To say he bent over backwards for us is an understatement! I truly was blown away on how much he helped my son purchased his first house, and just his personal attention and helpfulness.

I am moving my family from San Diego, CA to Ottawa Hills. I grew up in Ohio and am returning to put my son into Kindergarten. I could go through a long list of everything he did right (including, discouraging us from making a quick choice of the RIGHT choice) and bringing his wonderful wife, Lori along to provide some great insights as well. In addition, since we are on the west coast, we put together bundles of pictures and live video chatted with my wife and I, while he went through the home. We saw several homes and Roy always gave us confidence that we would find the RIGHT one and we did! We were truly blessed to have him as our agent and look forward to hosting them for dinner sometime soon!
