We purchased our condo with Roy in 2019, we were new to the market and to purchasing real estate. Roy took the time to explain the process to us in detail and helped us understand all the potential pitfalls. As we went through the process of finding our home, Roy patiently helped us understand pros and cons of the (very many) different homes we visited. When we settled on our ideal home, Roy helped us seal the deal at a good price and sail through the escrow effortlessly, chasing the right partners for financing and inspection.
