Roy sets the bar high for other realtors! His knowledge of the area and what to look-for and what to look-out-for in homes was VERY impressive. And if I had questions about ANYTHING, he would answer them. For example, I asked questions about certain pipes in the home, and what are the pros/cons of a metal roof. Roy would not only answer and explain the answer, he would go home and email me links to the manufactures website, or a link to a paper that was published on why to use a certain product over another product, and so on. He’s amazing! He goes above and beyond and he did that with every question I had! If you want a realtor that is truly an ace and always on top of his game, you’ve got to call Roy. We couldn’t be happier with the home we found, thanks to Roy! :-)
