I was very lucky to have Roy Mazranni as my buyer’s agent. I was a few days from closing and my putting a deposit and offer for a condo I liked, was contingent on my closing on my own house and time was running out. But the representative for the seller was not willing to move the P&S signing date to the closing date since that is when I would have the money available for the deposit. After it looked like the deal was dead, Roy was very instrumental in helping me put a deal together and get back on track by personally calling the owner and convincing him to agree to switch the date. Even after I moved to my new condo, he was always available to answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. He is very calm and has an attitude that says nothing is impossible. And he gets things done. I am very happy to have worked with him.
