There were both positives and negatives in the home sale process with Roy. The positives were that Roy had good understanding of the MA housing market. His knowledge helped him develop a pricing and sales strategy that ultimately led to the house being sold quickly at the expected value. In that sense, all was well that ended well. However, Roy is deficient in his communication. His communication was adequate until an offer was accepted, however, the level of his responsiveness fell steeply after that. He failed to return emails and text messages in a timely manner, or even altogether. For example, he responded to one of my texts after I had relocated to Tucson when he needed to ask me a question under the pretext of "sorry, didn't see your message before". Overall, an adequate experience, but not highly rated
