I interviewed 3 realtors and after a thorough questioning and observing, I was 99% in favor of Roy. My only concern was the lack of verifiable digital reviews. He promised that I would get a 5 star experience and I promised that if I did, I would add a review and hopefully settle the nerves of anyone else who had similar concerns. Roy wasn't flashy. He was calm, thorough and available. I've seen realtors go through 4 or 5 deals a month. I didn't want to have to split my time with 4 other customers. Roy said 1-2 tops. I like the concierge approach. The fewer simultaneous customers, the more time and attention can be devoted to them. I did get a 5 star concierge experience. I would highly recommend Roy. He isn't the hottest new Realtor on the block. He's a guy who cares and has a team that gets the job done. This review is for my experience on the seller side.

Roy worked so hard to bring potential buyers to see our home and get our home sold as quickly as possible. He was always available to answer our questions and discuss the next step of the process. Roy is professional, proactive, and personable. We enjoyed working with him, and we knew he was doing everything possible to sell our home. We recommend Roy whenever a family member or friend has a need for a realtor. Roy went above and beyond for us and worked late hours on many occasions. He is very knowledgable and detail oriented.

This is my first time experience to sell my house and I had no idea what to do. Roy was very professional and have lots of experience. All advise he gave us was very accurate and ended up selling our house faster than we expected even this difficult time. I was very happy to work with him.

We sold our home with Roy's help and I have only great things to say of the service. Roy approached us 2 years ago about selling our home - we were not ready. He followed up (after asking permission) and his mannerism was appropriate. When we were ready he visited with me on a Sunday early afternoon and took the time to make our family feel comfortable with this big decision. After 2 weeks we had an offer and 1 week later had the inspection and appraisal. In under 45 days we went from selling to moving. Our profit margin was good and the process overall was positive. Roy communicated (after asking preference) through email and text message and was nothing less than professional and caring to questions and needs.
