After listing our home a little above market value, we lowered the price and got it sold. Ro Patton and Bianca Taylor did an excellent job in keeping us informed about market conditions and when an offer came in, a very professional job was done by Bianca in negotiating the terms of the contract that even allowed us to remain in the home for a period of time after closing. In a wild market. Ro and Bianca remained cool and collected and extremely professional up to and beyond closing. I would highly recommend this team.
