The suggested preparation for my home sale led to a quick sale with no hitches! My own home inspection allowed me to correct the kind of small fixes that every house has, and found one item that could be easily corrected that could have ruined a sale.

Rowena followed up after the sale was completed to make sure the signing of the paperwork and key exchange was completed properly. Roweena’s team is second to none. When I asked them to assist me in the sale of my home, Roweena paid my wife and I a visit. She suggested what we ask for the home, she showed us data to back it up, she said we’d sell it in a few days or faster, and she answered all our questions without hesitation. She knows her market well. We sold it $10,000 over what we asked, and we thought we were asking too much. We sold it under contract in two days. She and her team really helped us with the showings. They helped us through all the paperwork for closing. We were very impressed with how well organized they were. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had listened to her every Saturday and thought she would be a good choice as our realtor. We saw her once. Bianca Taylor, in her office, was a God send. She was always our go to contact person because Ms. Patton referred us to Bianca when we had questions. Ms. Patton was always trying to get us to drop our price so our house would sell in a quick time frame. She told she didn't like to have a house on the market more then 2 months. We had no heating vent in our basement but it was heated with a gas stove. The appraiser told us it had to be vented to be considered heated space and it became a major issue. We felt Ms. Patton should have caught this on walk through. We also had solar and we explained the process to the buyer, he said the realtor never mentioned it to him. I had to follow through with it all through the transfer process which required making multiple phone calls on a nearly daily basis. Ms. Patton had no knowledge of how to handle this and didn't seem to make an effort to know. We would not recommend her.

Ro has always got back to me when I leave a message. If she don't know the answer she does the research and finds out as quickly as she can. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would suggest that anyone thats had the run around from other realtors to stop wasting time and try Ro and her team. THEY ARE GREAT!
