Ross is a really honest, very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. He was truly acting in the best interests of us the entire time. He pointed out things in the Real Estate contract from the buyers that we should not accept. He also alerted me to things in the house that I should rectify before selling, such as a Carbon Monoxide detector on each floor. If I ever sell Real Estate again, I would use Ross Schultz. I will also recommend him to anyone I know.
