There were actually not enough stars here to rate Ross. Working with Ross was like working with family. He was always there to answer any questions that we may have had and if we called him and he was not available he would respond quickly to let us know that he would call us back. We would often have our conference calls as we called it to make decisions or to be informed of what would happen next.
