Roz listed a property for me that had belonged to my Mom. While the house was sound most of the interior features were quite dated. Roz suggested a list of changes she thought would bring the property up to speed with current market buyers. When the updates were complete the listing went live and I have to say the results after that surprised me. The volume of qualified buyers was large and immediate. It is difficult to find adequate words for the fantastic job that Roz Spoto-Craw did in helping us sell our house.
