Roz worked hard, did a great job, and got us top dollar for our home.
It is difficult to find adequate words for the fantastic job that Roz Spoto-Craw did in helping us sell our house. From the time we asked her to handle our sale we felt that everything was under control and moving forward.
As with any sale, there were some bumps in the road, but Roz navigated them with expertise and kept us informed and part of the process throughout. She functioned as our advocate and her dedication, expertise, and hard work resulted in sales contract that exceeded our expectations without any extra stress or last-minute problems that she could not solve.
If we had to rate Roz’s performance on a scale of one-to-ten, we could not do it because our assessment would have to be at least a fifteen.
The service and assistance that Roz provided in the sale of our house was far and above that of any other real estate agent that we have ever dealt with. Roz helped us throughout the renovation we did before putting our house on the market even after we had moved to our new home 200 miles away. She represented us to the contractor and oversaw the renovations making sure that they met our specifications. She kept us totally informed and we were never concerned about how everything was going because Roz had it all well in hand.
Throughout the entire process (decisions on what improvements to make, the renovation, the listing, contract proposals and final contract) we had complete confidence that Roz was working in our best interest. She always made sure we understood the steps in the process and that our intentions we being met. She even helped us obtain legal representation for the remote closing we had because we were unable to return for it.
So, to put it succinctly. Roz did a fantastic job as our agent. We never had a doubt about her ability or 100 percent commitment to us as her clients. She worked hard, did a great job, and got us top dollar for our home.
The only other thing we have to add is: “Thank you Roz! It was great working with you.”
