Roz listed a property for me that had belonged to my Mom. While the house was sound most of the interior features were quite dated. Roz suggested a list of changes she thought would bring the property up to speed with current market buyers. When the updates were complete the listing went live and I have to say the results after that surprised me. The volume of qualified buyers was large and immediate. We had a clean contract above asking price in less that 4 days. Roz was always easy to work with, she kept me updated, both her experience and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. When Roz helped me buy my house in 1987 I knew I would hire her again when the time came. Thirty-six years later I asked her to sell that house and handed her the keys. She handled everything to prepare it for the market: improvements, the contractor, even buying materials and appliances. I didn't have to lift a finger. It is difficult to find adequate words for the fantastic job that Roz Spoto-Craw did in helping us sell our house. She always made sure we understood the steps in the process and that our intentions we being met. She even helped us obtain legal representation for the remote closing we had because we were unable to return for it. So, to put it succinctly. Roz did a fantastic job as our agent.
