The title of this review is dual due to Ro’s personal and professional relationship with us during our home buying process. From our first phone call, meeting in person and saying goodbye there was always laughter. On a professional level, Ro really guided (rowed) us through the entire process. We had some rough patches (no fault of Ro’s) but she was as passionate as we were in getting them fixed. In essence, she kept us on course with a steady hand. Thanks, Ro
