Yes it was as I expected, to be honest I had my doubts, when it was time to close and move it was right on time. I would use that agent again in the future. She was pleasantly lovely and had a very nice customer service.

I met Rosheata through Rocket Mortgage when trying to get pre-qualified for a home as I needed an agent for the application. When we met she listened to what I was looking for and immediately started sending me homes that fit my criteria. She pushed me to take a more active role in the process, which led to finding the perfect place. Once we decided on the match, she was able to get me a decision the same day! She also recommended me to work with her loan agent at Rocket, who was also able to get me the payment amount that I wanted at the lowest rate. Overall a 5/5 experience, from understanding what I wanted, to getting people involved who knew what they were doing. I am happy to say I have the opposite of buyer's remorse as we were able to get the place under the appraisal value.
