We contacted Berkshire Hathaway cold to look for an agent and were assigned Rosheata. It was one of the happiest bits of serendipity to ever come our way. Rosheata proved to be the consummate professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in and around Atlanta, and always available and full of energy, ideas, and advice. In addition, she is a genuinely nice person whom we are proud to call our friend. Our professional relationship with her lasted approximately seven months. Looking back, we can't think of a single instance during that time where some part of the process could have gone better. We felt like every interaction with her brought us that much closer to becoming new home owners. We were on a journey together, and she was just as invested in our success as we were.
