Hi, I'm Rosemary De La Rosa! I'm a proud El Paso native, wife, mom of two amazing kids, and devoted Shih Tzu mom to Emma and Charlie. Since 2014, I've had the privilege of serving as a REALTOR® with ClearView Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and families navigate one of life's biggest milestones with confidence. To me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people achieve their goals. There is no greater compliment than when clients return years later or refer their family and friends. Serving my community has always been one of my greatest passions. Since 2016, I've organized and participated in annual community service projects benefiting local schools, foster children, domestic violence organizations, and families throughout the El Paso area. I believe real estate is about serving people both inside and outside the transaction, and giving back is a core part of who I am. When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, cheering on my kids at their sport activities, cooking & baking, building LEGO® sets (sometimes with my kids... sometimes by myself!), enjoying movie nights, volunteering, or spending time with Emma and Charlie. I also have a weakness for seafood, anything chocolate, and a good corn in a cup! Thank you so much, definitely an experience we will never forget.

I can not stress enough how grateful I am to have had Rosemary and Liz as my realtors. We have had 2 other realtors in the past with no luck on finding our home. From the first day Rosemary made us feel very comfortable and not to mention made the process easy to navigate. Rosemary De la Rosa was extremely helpful, open, transparent, professional and super reliable throughout the whole process of us selling our home.
