Rosemarie Smith was an amazing real estate agent. We looked for houses with her for over 8 months. She was patient, positive & informative (moving from out of state). She went above and beyond during difficult negotiations to secure our new home. She helped with connections for updates after our closing. We could not have asked for more.
Rosemarie works tirelessly at her job yet never forgets the to care for and understand the experience her clients are going through. I have many questions and concerns about the selling experience and she took care of everything. I may be looking again in a few years to move, perhaps buy, and it will begin with a call to Rosemarie.

Rosemarie was there from the start until the end, and even goes beyond the closing. Always accommodating and flexible with my schedule, and if there's conflict with her schedule Annmarie filled in for her. At times, both were there to assist and made me "feel at home". Theirs is a teamwork incomparable. Rosemarie (and Annmarie) had been with me for maybe a year before I finally found a house. She listened, gave advise, and always have had a friendly conversation. She did her best to negotiate for me. She/They did the research, contacted several persons relevant to the property's informations and acquired the necessary informations/documents. When the property didn't fit my criteria she (and Annmarie) never were pushy about it; she wanted her client to be fully satisfied and happy. This last one I almost backed out due to my own personal "conflict". However, Rosemarie persevered, and thinking back about it I'm grateful she did. She also offered her trusted handyman and electrician for some fixes to be done; but because of our conflict of schedules and now the inclement weather things have been postponed for after this wintry season. I trust Rosemarie (and Annmarie). I even think I made friends with them. In the future that I will need real estate agents and they're still in the business I won't have anybody else but them. I highly recommend Rosemarie and Annmarie. She (and Annmarie) didn't let me down; she won't let you down. She holds on to her integrity.
