Above board is totally professonal, a superb experience. They found the perfect house for myself, my daughter and my grandaughter. Rosemarie did a wonderful job finding us a new home. We recommend them highly.
Their office is beautiful, in my opinion, because it’s a redone house, rather than some office building/firm; very lovely. Felt comfortable the entire process. Fast response time by Rosie; who just so happens to be the BEST! Extremely personable and just a great individual to do business with. Professional, prompt, good energy. I can most certainly go on, but just do yourself the favor and take my word for the quality experience you will have with them. I will be sure to refer anyone that may be in the market for a new home to Rosie The Realtor! Thank you, once again for being awesome (:
Rosie was exceptional. She was responsive, courteous, professional and a genuine please to deal with. She knew the property in question well and was able to discuss all features, amenities and led us through a detailed and efficient closing process. Thanks Rosie!

Rosie is by far the best and most professional Broker I have ever worked with and I'm doing this over 13 years! She is an expert in the markets she works in and understands the importance of finding a quality tenant and not just pushing a deal through to claim a commission. She is a rare find in this business and I value her expertise!
