She was so helpful in our apartment search! She responded very quickly to an apartment inquiry and showed us the place the next day. Even though the place was no longer available she had another place ready to show us that was very similar and what we were looking for. The whole process from showing to signing only took a matter of days. Highly recommend for all your apartment/home needs!

Making Selling you're home FUN I can't sing enough praises about Rosie. We listed our house during the pandemic and within days had multiple offers. She priced it right and we still wound up with over asking. The selling process with smooth and easy. We did also engage Rosie to buy another house, and after searching over the entire Island (which Rosie did with a smile on her face) we decided to wait until the market calmed down and she found us an amazing rental. We never felt pressured by Rosie to buy and she supported our decisions and ultimately advised us to make the best financial decision for our future. Thank You Rosie!

Rosemarie is very professional and knowledegable !

From my previous involvement with Rosie, I knew I could count on her to be a resourceful and indefatigable ally in the sale of my property, and she was exactly that. As always, she provided prompt and thorough communication and informed advice. I would gladly do business with her again!

Rosie the Realtor insisted she could sell the house within 24 hours and delivered as promised. Just finished the closing and it could not have gone any smoother. Great Job Rosie!!!

Rosie is by far the best realtor I have ever met (I met a lot) and was incredible to work with! Buying my first home was extremely stressful especially as a single woman but Rosie made me feel completely comfortable while her hustle and knowledge of the properties blew me away. She knew my days off were limited and she would have 6-8 houses for us to see in 1 day. Rosie could tell instantly if I was not feeling a house and we would move on quickly as to not waste anyone's time. Once we found my dream home Rosie submitted the paperwork immediately & I was moved in 6 weeks later! Needless to say I would 1000% recommend "Rosie the Realtor" to any future home buyers!

Rosemarie was there for me every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. Without her I don’t know if I would’ve been able to buy my dream home in this crazy market. I would like to thank Rosemarie and ( Above Board ) for being there for me and I highly recommend them! If you’re looking to buy or rent with a company who are well experienced, personal and willing to help you every step of the way? Rosemarie of Above Board is your best choice.

Great experience, all around!

I had a great experience buying my first house with Rosie as my realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to qualities I wanted in a house. She is very patient and showed me a countless amount of houses before I found the right one. I couldn't imagine doing this process with anyone else.

Above board is sharp, dedicated, and knows the business. I love dealing with Rose at Above Board. She's very smart, she has a wide network, and she cuts right through the BS to tell me what's what. Every time I call her, she answers the phone and is ready to work. She's an excellent negotiator and does so much business in the area that she can spit out comps and accurate rental rates and anything else you need, in no time. If you're an investor, you want Rose on your team to find you the properties that work, and steer you away from the ones that won't.
