Rose Wright

Rose knew we were interested in property in this community but we had specific requirements which limited availability. Rose tracked the community and contacted us the day a property came on the market. We were away. Rose viewed the property and we made an offer the first day on the market which was accepted. During our absence, Rose attended the inspection and the closing company she suggested was excellent. After closing, Rose has worked with contractors to give us estimates during our absence. Work will begin before we return to our new home. How could we ask for more!

Having both Rose and her daughter meet with our family & understand our needs to handle the sale of our family's home took a lot of stress off our plates. Rose was very good at updating us each step of the way and reassuring us that she would keep on it, through the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in some delays. It may have taken three offers and three months working through the details, but we were please with the final sale that covered nearly all the debt owed.
