Miss Rose Gowen was absolutely incredible in how she worked with us regarding a complicated short sale of our home and property. There were so many moving parts and legal matters that were beyond our understanding, but Rose knew exactly what to do and took the wheel so that we didn't have to stress. It could have been a very stressful time, especially since we had already moved out of state, but she gently took our hands and walked us through every step with confidence and accuracy. We completely trusted her guidance and appreciated her continued check ins to inform us frequently of where everything stood. Her transparency and honesty on everything allowed us to rest easy at night and focus on our new life in a completely different state. Rose's skills in communicating with, not just one mortgage company, but TWO, with the purchasing agent, the title company, and even our propane company, were exceptional. She was organized and new exactly what every next step was going to be, and prepared us accordingly. The process was extremely complicated in our opinion, but due to Rose's experience during 2008-2010, with short sales occuring frequently, she was fully prepared to handle our situation for us. We trust Rose fully and completely. We knew we were in very capable hands. She always explained things in ways that we could understand and never belittled us in any way. We felt that we were part of the process without having to be concerned about the details, because Rose had it completely under control. Rose is very kind, patient, and takes the time to genuinely listen and understands your questions or concerns. Her heart is always in the right place and your best interest is her top priority.
