When my father passed away and I needed to sell the home to settle the estate I turned to Rose Fogarty to provide advice. I live out of state and was not aware of the current real estate market and what was needed to ready a home for sale. Rose toured the property and provided a detailed list of what needed to be improved to ready the home for sale. Once we had the work completed, Rose suggested a listing that was much higher than what I had seen online for comparable properties. Rose was much closer to the market and knew the market was rapidly pricing higher than the comparable sales that I had found. We followed her recommended price and received several offers the first day, and accepted an offer that was actually higher than our listed price. The sale closed quickly and we feel was a fair price for the home. I would highly recommend Rose Fogarty to handle your home sale.

It’s seems as if she may work 25/8! Rose can find more time to devote to the sale of your home than any other agent! There is no detail that she does not handle. Her keen eye ensures your home will present well and she works hard for the “right” sale! She’s there for you the client not just the transaction of the sale!!!

Selling a house from out of state was in itself extremely stressful. Rose did assist when contractors or resources were needed. A few concerns were after every documentation was completed, I basically had to be daily asking for property to be listed, which was frustrating. And when listed, pictures were bad so had friends go to take pictures as we wait on professional photos. Also the most headache was to hear from your agent who is to market and represent you, that your property will not sell due to a major issue but you have lived in the house for less than 2 years and know it is not an issue. Instead of getting second opinions, Rose was looking for quotes which was hefty. I had to consult expertise of two other agents who reviewed inspection report and advised there is no major issue. Got a buyer and their inspection report revealed no major issues. Rose is good and experienced but to be honest, I was glad to be done with the process. It was one of the most stressful experiences. I had the choice of two agents, and I went with Rose because i felt she was a much older with lots of experience but I guess.......

Rose is extremely knowledgeable.

She was knowledgeable about the areas, taxes, utilities, neighborhoods, and amenities. She provided us with the exact house we were looking for. She sold that same house with ease and professionalism.
